I am still photographing kingfisher. As I said before it`s like a drug 🙂 🙂 🙂
This one was going like a rocket…they always do .
Last Wednesday was an amazing day, One of those magic day.
The weather was lovely and I knew that all the farmers of the area would be harvesting wheat. During the afternoon, I went for an hour to see what I could photograph.
It was incredible
The harvest was fully on
The baling machine was baling straw
They were buzzard everywhere, I counted 12 birds.
It was amazing, and I could get close to them too
Here the buzzard is calling
It was nice to be able to capture all sorts of behaviours
Eating a prey
And flying from one bale to another…Beautiful
It was a buzzard day!
Even a Chinese water deer came out…
The weather has been pretty poor recently. This morning was beautiful at last. I went for three hours at my kingfisher hide. I wasn`t disappointed. Two birds were there. Cracking little jewels…
I had a few dive in the river…magical moment of course
I like this shot, a bit arty farty but I like the water above the bird….
The right moment 🙂 🙂
Cant beat a good stretch.
Yep, I have change the setup. This morning, I had three hours spare so I went to my hide and had a go at it. It the only way to find out what is wrong with the setup. They are a few things that I have to change.
For a first go, I was quite pleased with the results.
This bird has got a bullhead in his bill.
A few action shot
And to end, a bit of Arty farty… 🙂 🙂
Yesterday after lunch , I went for a quick recce. I came across three roe deer..it was a cracking moment. It`s the roe deer rutting season at the moment and they are bomb proof…
Lucky to have two male…
I came across another one in a long grass covered meadow
And this is the missed shot…the deer was running past me ..but too close…shame that white patch in the sky…
