This morning, for a few hours I went to one of my hide . The light was gorgeous. I am still trying to do something different. I have painted a new background. I love the colour. Here are a few pictures

This Sunday I went to one of my feeding station. I wanted to try a new perch! This is very different, but I like it.

Pussy willow

Pussy willow is here. You have to be quick to catch it! This morning, I took a few branch of willow. I then went to my woodland hide for two hours…I got a few shots. I think that the willow flower is a sure sign of spring. Beautiful!

Well, I have placed so many posts in front of my hide that the whole thing looks like a scene of the battle of the Somme! I just had one opportunity to go back there. Since, the weather has been appalling…No sparrowhawk or kestrel came that day.I also have loads of pheasant that come to feed under some of my feeder. They are like hoover and eat anything they can find….

Woodland hide

For the first time this autumn I went to take pictures from my woodland hide. The light was not brilliant. It was very foggy this morning but I needed to take some pictures…I was going cold turkey

Lots of birds were there. The one that perform was the great spotted woodpecker, blue tit and great tit. A very good friend of mine told me years ago that if Blue tit were rare, everyone would try to photograph them. The Tits family are not easy to photograph as they are very fast birds. I have seen the forecast for next week and at last they are forecasting frost, great…
