I was fed up setting the hide up, taking it down . So, I decided to build a “PROPER” hide.
A friend and I build this hide in two days.
I will be now photographing kingfisher in luxury : 🙂 🙂

Back at my woodland hide
To go to honey pot is nice, but I much prefer doing my own stuff with my own setup….. The satisfaction that I get when I am in one of my hide is much greater .
This Sunday, I wanted to use some of the fishing net that I collected while on Shetland. I find them quite photogenic and different.

I know , They are “only” tit, but I find them challenging to photograph well.
And when you think that everything has come together .
You can think again.. what is wrong with this picture!

Sun is bad news!…
This morning,I was at my woodland hide. Again, lot`s of birds. siskins were flying above. I never heard so many birds. group of 20 , unusual. I came across a new plant. the name is “red goosefoot” I did find it quite photogenic. I photograph a few tit perched on it. I like the colours…
The sparrowhawk came four time, Again the little tyke did not stop on any of my perch!!
Tomorrow, first outing with the red deer! Cannot wait…..

First thing. I just want to say that the weather forecasters in this country are crap! They had forecasted poor weather for today and it has been wall to wall sunshine all day! You may just as well look at the sky before going to bed…those people are so unreliable…
Now, I am always exited when I have a new perch. I love this one. A farmer friend of mine gave it to me. (Thanks Trevor) It`s an old water pump…nice and rusty, lovely. I went to my woodland hide to test the perch…
