The rook is often mistaken for carrion crow. They are the one you can see in a big group in the winter. They also start making their nests now along the road.

With this cold weather , it was"easy" to photograph birds, mammals, the cold make them more approchable. That is why Scandinavian wildlife photographers have got it so easy...they have the weather "helping" them . We are not so lucky here...
