The red deer rut was magical this year. I have been very , very lucky! I witness some incredible combat. One stag was almost killed!

I am still working with my kingfisher setup. The lens I use for these shots is the 200- 600 mm It is on an A9 Sony. I love that combo for my hide photography. I wish canon had a 200- 600 The lens is sharp and very versatile. I was lucky with the attitudes of the two birds this time.  Cracking Birds. I cannot wait to go back…

What an amazing day Gareth and I had last Sunday. The deer rutting season is fully on. Lots of calls, lots of fights and I almost dived in a pond to escape two majestic beast measuring each other. Gareth had to wash his underpants after that close call….. 🙂 🙂 Whaoo
