Today, I went back to my field hide. I stayed there for 6 hours. It was very cold indeed! Apparently Buckinghamshire was the coldest place in the country with minus 18!
The only thing that came in front of the hide was a Buzzard. The bird stayed on a perch for 10 minutes and then flew away…
You cannot be lucky every time…..
